During this call we will discuss our flat fee price:

Simple Divorce: $280.00

Divorce with Assets or Liabilities (no kids): $320.00

Divorce with Children: $420.00

All of our prices above can be split into 2 payments

1st Payment Due when hiring us to prepare the forms

2nd Payment Due prior to the case being submitted to the court

We will also discuss the following:

1 – Do you know the whereabouts of your ex

2 – Is your ex willing to participate in the preparation of the dissolution of marriage and execution of the documents

3 – Can your case be filed with a court hearing waiver which will allow you to receive your final judgement in the mail (without a court hearing) in less than 45 days?

4 – If you qualify for the court filing fee waiver. This could potentially save you $400.00

Based on our discussion and if you would like to proceed with us we will email you a client intake form and an invoice to pay the first part of your payment. Once you pay we will type and email your forms back within 24 hours (during the work week).

We are not high pressure, if you choose us we appreciate your confidence, if you do not that’s ok and we sincerely wish you the best. A Florida online divorce is available to anyone in a mutual agreement situation or a simple by publication divorce.

Please understand that we are not attorneys and therefore cannot answer questions relating to your legal rights. We highly recommend you to contact an attorney. We are only familiar with the forms and process.

Step Two

Once you receive the forms and give us the thumbs up. It’s time to sign and then get them filed. You will have a choice of getting the forms in the mail or to receive a print file with only the forms needed to be signed.

We have business relationships with many notaries in many areas of Florida and will make the proper connections so that the process goes smoothly. Most notaries will scan and email the forms to us so you have one less thing on your plate. Otherwise you have the option of mailing them back to us or scanning them and emailing them.

With your consent, we can help you efile the documents on the court’s efiling portal. You should have a file number within 24 hours.

Step Three

The next step will vary depending on the process required:

1 – No Court Divorce – If qualified, we will submit the final judgement documents to the judge along with self addressed self stamped envelopes. You will receive the final judgment in less than 45 days.

2 – By publication – If the whereabouts of your spouse are unknown then we will need to issue a publication in a local small paper. Once it runs for 30 days and get the proof we will request the court hearing.

This process can take 2-3 months.

3 – By Summons – We would get the local sheriff serve him/her the documents. He or she will need to respond to the court and you within 20 calendar days. If he/she does not answer we will file a default along with a request for hearing. If he/she does answer we will help you do whatever next step is necessary. If there are children involved most likely your case will be referred to a mediator. If an agreement is not reached then the case will be handled by the Magistrate (the boss)
